Bookings & Accommodation Policies

  1. Guests are required to pay a 50% advance (strictly non-refundable) at the time of booking itself and 50% at the time of check-in. Full payment of the booking amount is mandatory before check-in.

  2. Guests are solely responsible for their belongings and property owners have no role to rectify the same.

  3. Any damages made to the property is subjected to penalties and fine, at the discretion of Property Owners.

  4. If the group behavior is deemed unfit at the property, Stanley’s Property Manager, upon subjective evaluation, retains the full right to take required action which may also result in an on-spot cancellation without refunds.

  5. Children below 6 years of age are charged 50% of the package value and anyone above will be billed 100%.

  6. At least 2 persons' government ID is mandatory for identification proof at the time of Check-In. No local IDs shall be accepted at the time of check-in.

  7. Guests are not permitted to bring outsiders inside the farmhouse.

  8. Drugs and any substance abuse are strictly banned inside and around the property. Failing to follow which, guests will be liable for legal action from the department.

  9. Carrying and Consumption of Alcohol manufactured for, outside the State of Karnataka is strictly prohibited in and around the property premises. Failing to follow which, guests will be liable for legal action from the department.

  10. Rights to admission reserved.

Check-in and Check-out Policies

  1. Our standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 11 AM.

  2. Early Check-In or Late Check-Out is subjected to availability and discretion of property owners.

  3. Advance taken at the time of reservation is strictly NON-REFUNDABLE.

  4. Extension of stay will be provided based on current room rates and availability.

Complimentary Activities and Lake Rules

  1. Access to Lake & Pool Area is strictly between 10 AM – 6 PM

  2. The guest is fully aware/responsible of the risk & safety factors involved. Property owners will not be held responsible in case of any accidents/injuries.

  3. Life Jackets are mandatory to enter the lake area.

  4. Harness is mandatory to perform Zip-Line.

  5. Proper Swimming Costume (T-shirts & Shorts/Trousers) is mandatory and is subjected to Property Managers discretion to allow/deny.

  6. Each Guest is allowed to spend a maximum of 3 hrs in the Lake for swimming & kayaking.

  7. Each Guest is allowed to take ONLY 1 ride on Zipline and anything additional will be chargeable.

  8. No Food OR Beverages are allowed near the Lake Area.

  9. Kindly maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the Lake.
